To strengthen our Digital Experience team, we're looking for a leader: Here, digital experiences are being created in areas such as CMS, web development, commerce, gamification, digitization, accessibility, and AI – for brands like Miles Mobility, Renault, 1822direkt, SANTOS Grills, or Munich Airport.

Your Mission

You bring leadership experience in IT project management along the digital value chain and want to strategically develop an engaged team? As Team Leader Project Management, you will take over strategic and operational responsibility for our PM team. You ensure efficient processes, clear priorities, and strong collaboration with all stakeholders.

Your Tasks

• Team Leadership: You are responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the project management team
• Resource & Project Management: You ensure efficient resource planning, coordinate task allocation, and set clear priorities in the project portfolio
• Budget & Cost Management: You are responsible for cost center management and strategic budgeting in project management
• Quality Assurance: You ensure the quality of team results and establish high project standards
• Customer Development: You support the sales department with a focus on strategic upselling and identifying additional value potential
• Stakeholder Management: You ensure clear communication at all levels, work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and represent your team to management
• Process Optimization: You analyze and improve processes, tools, and interfaces in the project context

Your Profile

• You have at least 5 years of leadership or management experience in IT project management, ideally in an agency environment
• You bring long-standing experience in leading complex IT and transformation projects – from e-commerce platforms (Shopware, Shopify) to headless commerce architectures and CMS implementations (e.g. TYPO3)
• You have fundemental knowledge of project management methods, particularly in PSM- and PSPO-frameworks
• You think analytically and structurally and convince through strong communication and decision-making skills
• You communicate fluently in German in writing and speaking
