We are looking for a Team Leader Professional Services (m/w/d)

Tasks

Lead a team successfully: You lead a professional services team (currently 10 employees), set goals, priorities, and structures, and deliver measurable results.
Develop projects and people: You ensure successful projects, long-term customer relationships, and coach your team professionally and personally.
Take responsibility: You shape the development of your team, actively with the department.
Foster collaboration: You work across departments, ensuring clear communication and smooth processes.

Qualification

• At least 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in leading teams and complex multi-stakeholder projects
• Team leadership and development: You lead teams with clarity, empathy, and focus on growth and collaboration
• Experience in multi-stakeholder projects: You coordinate customers, partners, and internal teams sovereignly and keep all threads together
• Crisis management: You remain calm even in real crisis situations of important projects and lead teams like stakeholders safely through challenging situations
• Analytical strength and technical curiosity: You think quickly, structured, and can immerse yourself in highly complex technical topics
• Technical know-how: Experience with IT infrastructures – ideally Linux environments or Identity & Access Management
