Tasks

Your Mission

• Your heart beats for leading and developing our product marketing team.
• This team is responsible for the graphic preparation (packaging, user manual, product printing/design, photos) of our products across all sales channels.
• You strengthen your team in special challenges and bring your comprehensive experience in marketing/graphic design to the table.
• You structure the team with a strategic outlook and develop our marketing strategy further in collaboration with the department leadership.
• You also work on the daily operational business.
• You are driven by ambitious goals and a consistent planning and implementation.

Qualification

You bring:

• You have already experienced leading a multi-person team.
• You have a degree in marketing/graphic design.
• You have successfully developed and implemented POS concepts/online brand appearances.
• You work independently and result-oriented, and you never lose sight of your goals, even in dynamic times.
• You make decisions consistently or make them yourself in your area of responsibility.
