Team Leadership Production / Filling (m/w/d)
Job description
- Personnel deployment planning and control of daily production workflows in a 2-3 shift operation
- Leadership and targeted further development of a ~25-member team consisting of shift leaders and production workers
- Coordination of smooth collaboration with departments such as Technology, Logistics, and Quality.
- Ensuring deliverability by monitoring quality, material availability, and process stability.
- Conducting deviation analyses and reporting on quality, costs, and productivity.
- Accompanying test runs and production trials, as well as supporting inventory management
- Coordination of necessary maintenance measures and investments.
- Responsibility for workplace safety including conducting workplace briefings.
