Team Leadership Nursing 80–100% (50% Leadership, 30–50% Nursing)

Your tasks:

• Professional and personnel leadership of a nursing team
• Ensuring high quality of care and adherence to standards
• Direct patient care (approx. 30%, Mon–Fri) for our clients
• Planning and coordination of assignments and resources
• Co-shaping processes and further development of the area

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF or equivalent qualification
• Leadership experience or further training in the area of leadership is an advantage
• High social competence and appreciative communication
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Spitex experience as a case-leading employee is an advantage
