Team Leadership Payroll (m/f/x)
Job description
- You will take over the professional and organizational leadership of a team of up to 13 colleagues in payroll processing.
- You will be responsible, together with your team, for the entire processing of salaries for over 10,000 employees in the branch area.
- You will ensure quality, reliability, and further development – not operationally in daily business, but with a view to the overall picture.
- You will bring structure to complexity, accompany system-side changes, and develop existing processes further.
- You are a reliable point of contact and accompany our employees through all phases of their employment relationship and stand by them as a consultant for labor, tax, and social law questions.
- You actively shape ongoing improvements and system updates with – both in daily business as well as in strategic HR projects.
