Teamleitung Online Marketing & Performance (m/w/d)

The Ada Commerce GmbH operates several established online shops in the premium segment of heating technology. With a steadily growing advertising budget and ambitious growth targets, we are looking for an experienced person who will be responsible for our entire online marketing strategically and operationally.

In this key position, you will report directly to the management board and shape the marketing department independently – from strategic planning to performance steering to further development of our online shops.

Location: Jüchen (new company location as of mid-2026)
Employment: Full-time, unlimited
Salary: 3,000 – 4,500 € gross/month (depending on qualifications and experience)
Start: immediately or upon agreement

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Strategic overall responsibility for the online marketing of our online shops
• Performance Marketing: planning, steering, and optimization of Google Ads (including Performance Max) and Meta Ads – including budget responsibility and ROAS steering
• Further development of online shops in the areas of SEO, UX, and conversion optimization in collaboration with developers and external service providers
• E-Mail- und Newsletter-Marketing: building and optimizing automated campaign tracks along the customer journey
• Content- und Videoproduktion: conception, briefing, and implementation of moving image and social media content – independently or through external partners
• Integration of KI-Tools into existing marketing and content processes to improve efficiency and quality
• Steering external service providers in the areas of performance, tracking, and content
• Controlling and reporting: setting up informative dashboards and regular reporting to the management board as a basis for strategic decisions
• Strategic planning for seasonal campaigns (Q3/Q4), product pushes, and market launches

Qualifikation

Your profile

• Multiple years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally in the E-commerce environment
• Fundamental knowledge of Google Ads (especially Performance Max) and Meta Ads
• Practical experience with common shop systems (Shopify, Shopware, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Affinity for IT – secure handling of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking, and product feeds
• Affinity for AI and proven experience in professionally using KI-Tools in the marketing environment
• Creative flair for content, image language, and video formats
• Analytical thinking and a clear KPI orientation
• Self-sufficient, structured working style and hands-on mentality
• Fluent German skills in writing and speaking

Desirable:

• Experience in managing freelancers or a small team
• Industry knowledge of premium products (heating technology, sanitary, bathroom, living)
