Responsibilities
  • Participation in the organization and coordination of the emergency call service
  • Planning and supervision of the onboarding of new employees, as well as participation in shift planning in coordination with the responsible department head
  • Processing and execution of emergency call operations, including professional operational documentation
  • Representation of the Head of Emergency Services and performance of tasks arising during their absence
  • Management and coordination of material inventory, as well as organization of the material warehouse
  • Processing of administrative tasks, especially creation, maintenance, and preparation of statistics and evaluations
  • Complaint management processing

Profile
  • Experience in operational service and shift planning
  • Initial experience in leading and coordinating employees
  • Driver's license class B
  • Training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or willingness to complete it
  • Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Resilience and a confident demeanor during emergency call operations
  • Independent work style, as well as good communication and teamwork skills
