Team Lead (m/f/d) Service Technicians

Your Tasks:

• As a motor vehicle mechatronics technician/motor vehicle technician (w/m/d), the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including the calibration of driver assistance systems, are your responsibility.

• You will take on the additional role of "Operations Manager (HWK) (w/m/d)" and will be responsible for technical and professional matters on-site, ensuring compliance with all Carglass® standards, and implementing the daily operational plan.

• You will advise and support our customers with appropriate service orientation from order acceptance to vehicle return.

• The creation of invoices, the management of customer funds, and the dispatch and creation of incoming orders are your responsibility.

• You will be responsible for carrying out quality assurance measures, the proper execution of inventory, and ensuring audit-relevant standards and corrective actions.

This describes you:

• Do you have a completed vocational training in a trade and ideally a few years of professional experience? Do you have experience as a master motor vehicle technician (w/m/d), motor vehicle mechatronics technician (w/m/d), motor vehicle mechanic (w/m/d), or bodywork builder (w/m/d)? • You are willing to undergo the expert examination or are already an Operations Manager (HWK) (w/m/d).

• Starting salary with a vocational training in the automotive sector of at least EUR 3,200 gross for full-time employment (39 hours per week) – part-time employment is also possible
