Tasks

• Leadership, motivation, and development of the team in the internal telephone marketing area
• Planning, steering, and monitoring of telephone sales activities
• Development and implementation of strategies for new customer acquisition as well as existing customer care
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and target goals
• Analysis of key figures and derivation of optimization measures
• Schooling and integration of new team members, as well as regular further training for the team

Qualification

• First leadership practice or several years of experience in the call center area
• Outstanding communication skills, empathy, and conflict resolution skills
• A high degree of self-initiative, organizational talent, and sense of responsibility
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Safe handling with MS Office for processing key figures
