Team Leader (m/w/d) for Intermediate-Care-Station (IMC)

Your Tasks

• In close coordination and collaboration with the team leader of the interdisciplinary intensive care unit, you will take over the nursing and organizational leadership during the setup of the IMC station. Furthermore, you will cultivate effective relationships both internally and externally, particularly to the normal stations and functional areas of the house.
• You are responsible for ensuring a smooth, nursing-oriented workflow. You also have the necessary insight into potential changes and optimization opportunities.
• You lead your assigned staff members in a professional and disciplinary manner, plan their deployment, and are accountable for their continuous professional development, including the IMC's trainee program.
• You continuously develop the quality of care and services on your station. Similarly, you ensure proper and professional documentation.
• You are also responsible for complying with relevant regulations regarding hygiene, data protection, medical devices, and equipment.
• You actively participate in work and project groups.
• As we are a training institution, guiding and accompanying trainees (m/w/d) and interns (m/w/d) is also part of your tasks.
