As Team Leader Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung, you will take over the professional and organizational responsibility for a well-established accounting team and ensure a smooth workflow in daily business. Besides operational work, you will actively shape processes and be the central point of contact for internal interfaces and external partners.

• You will take over the professional and organizational leadership of a four-person team in debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung and work actively in daily business with
• You will ensure that all accounting transactions in the debitoren- und Kreditorenbereich are processed correctly, accurately and on time
• You will analyze and optimize processes and workflows within accounting continuously
• You will clarify open items and monitor payment traffic
• You will create informative reports for management
• In close cooperation with other departments and external partners, you will ensure smooth workflows

WHAT MAKES YOU OUTSTANDING

• You have a completed commercial education or degree with focus on accounting, finance or comparable
• You also have several years of experience in debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
• If possible, you bring first leadership experience and are convincing through outstanding leadership skills
• You are familiar with common accounting and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle NetSuite)
• You have a structured and analytical working style, team spirit and clear and sovereign communication
• You have very good German and English language skills (C1) in writing and speaking
