Team Lead (m/f/d) Accounting

What you will achieve with us:

• You will lead and develop our accounting team for Germany and support the gradual internal transfer of relevant accounting processes.
• You will actively participate in the design of roles, audit levels, and approval workflows, ensuring uniform standards across all companies.
• You will coordinate the HGB-compliant monthly, annual, and consolidated financial statements of the German companies and support group reporting to Belgium using LucaNet.
• You will integrate newly acquired companies into the uniform chart of accounts and reporting structure according to our Finance Playbook.
• You will contribute your expertise to fundamental accounting issues, such as provisions or share deals, and coordinate closely with the Finance Director and Group CFO.

What you bring with you:

• You are a certified accountant (IHK) or possess comparable qualifications; a degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
• You have at least five years of experience in German accounting, ideally from a multi-entity, private equity, or buy-and-build environment.
• You have already gained initial leadership experience and enjoy sharing your knowledge with younger colleagues.
• You work routinely with DATEV and are confident in HGB accounting, including provisions and intercompany transactions. LucaNet experience is welcome.
• You communicate confidently in German and English at C1 level.
