Your Tasks

• You will independently develop and implement the company-wide marketing strategy with your team.
• You make our brand visible and prominent, both internally and externally.
• You coordinate campaigns across all channels – from social media to print.
• You keep track of budgets, timings, and trends and bring in fresh ideas.
• You lead and develop our marketing team of 6 people and ensure a motivating and creative work environment.
• You organize training sessions and customer events, trade fairs, and internal festivals.

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree with a focus on marketing/journalism/communication/media science (Bachelor/Diplom/Master) or equivalent qualification.
• You have several years of experience in marketing, ideally with leadership responsibility.
• You have a keen sense for creativity, design, and storytelling.
• You think strategically while having a hands-on mentality.
• You enjoy motivating people and achieving goals together.
• You speak very good German and English.
