Aufgaben

• You lead and develop our marketing team with clear goals and appreciative feedback, so that every person can best unfold their potential.
• As the central interface, you work closely with management, head of brand, and external agencies together and ensure a smooth coordination with internal interfaces such as e-commerce and product management.
• You steer and set up our marketing activities strategically, keep an overview, and ensure that goals and KPIs are achieved.
• You analyze numbers, trends, and campaigns to recognize optimization potential and lead concrete measures for our brand and growth strategy from there.
• You develop our marketing processes further with the use of modern tools and AI technologies, test new ideas, and strengthen both the team and the efficiency of our entire marketing work.

Qualifikation

• You bring 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in e-commerce or the beauty/cosmetics industry, and have at least 2 years of experience leading teams.
• You lead projects based on your expertise in brand management, digital channels, and campaign management, ensuring that ideas are successfully implemented.
• Communication strength, empathy, and conflict resolution skills help you navigate between team, management, and external partners with sovereignty.
• You make clear decisions, keep an overview, and ensure with structured, solution-oriented approach that the team remains successful even in dynamic situations.
• You shape actively the further development of our team and marketing strategy with openness to new ideas and a respectful attitude.
