Tasks

Your PRIME Tasks

In this key position, you will lead a team of 3 employees in payroll and salary accounting and take over both operational and strategic responsibility:

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Lohnbuchhaltungsteams
• Sicherstellung der termingerechten und korrekten Abrechnung aller Löhne und Gehälter
• Ansprechpartner:in für sozialversicherungs- und steuerrechtliche Fragestellungen
• Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Abrechnungsprozessen
• Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Steuerberatern, Finanzbuchhaltung und Behörden
• Verantwortung für das Reporting und die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
• Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder

Qualification

Your PRIME Profile

You bring not only excellent expertise, but also human leadership strength:

• Completed commercial education or studies with a focus on personnel or finance
• Multiple years of experience in payroll and salary accounting
• First leadership experience (e.g. as deputy team leader or project leader) is advantageous
• Fundamental knowledge of labor tax and social security law
• Experience with DATEV LODAS or comparable software
• High self-responsibility, communication strength, and quality awareness
