We are looking for a second team leader as a dynamic reinforcement for our short-term accommodation INDI Wohnen und Leben Aufschnaufhaus with 12 places for children, young people, and young adults with disabilities, starting from 01.01.2026. The position is unlimited and will be filled in part-time (80%).

• You have a completed education as a Heilerziehungspfleger*, Altenpfleger*, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger* or comparable qualifications
• High professional and social competencies
• Leadership skills
• Team spirit, creativity, power, and empathy
• Safe handling and good knowledge of the PC
• You identify with the goals and vision of Liveshilfe Donau-Iller

• You lead the tasks of a specialist in group service
• You are motivated to actively participate in the development of our homes, projects, and strategy
• You are an contact person for our employees and maintain a trusting and respectful relationship
• You take responsibility for your living group
• You are motivated to critically question processes and structures and bring in your own ideas for improvement
