As our internal IT and administrative service provider, Orga-Support GmbH handles information technology and electronically supported data processing, as well as the strategic implementation and continuous optimization of modern standard software for the Seghorn group of companies. We are looking for minds with know-how who want to continue to implement and drive forward serious receivables management with us.

• Operational and disciplinary leadership of our infrastructure team
• Recording, development, and analysis of functional requirements
• Creation and implementation of functional and technical concepts
• Responsibility and continuous development of the network, its components, and the server and client infrastructure
• Ensuring the availability, performance, and security of all central IT systems and services
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Operational responsibility for the operation and further development of the ICT infrastructure
• Responsibility for quality management and compliance with IT security requirements in the infrastructure

• Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in the IT field
• Leadership experience as well as the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Understanding of legal and normative requirements (GDPR, ISO, etc.)
• Certification in IT Service Management or ITIL is an advantage
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working operationally in IT operations
