Your tasks include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance strategy, • Leading and coordinating your team's work, • Ensuring the quality of maintenance measures and monitoring their effectiveness, • Identifying and addressing potential risks and damage to properties, • Collaborating with other departments, such as property management and urban development, • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including residents, tenants, and local authorities.
