Aufgaben

You are responsible for leading and developing a Building Automation Systems (BAS) team to support our projects in Germany and across Europe with several years of experience in planning and implementing technical systems in the field of building automation (KG 480).

• Development of LP2-, LP3- and LP5 designs, drawings and specifications (LV) for BAS in buildings
• Tight collaboration with our Smart Building Consultant, as well as collaboration with colleagues from various departments
• Preparation of technical reports for building automation and BAS
• Conducting BAS tests and commissioning systems
• On-site inspection of BAS system installations
• Planning and resource allocation for the workload of the GLT-MSR team
• Honorarium calculations
• Development of a strategy for the GLT-MSR team

Qualifikation

• Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
• Relevant professional experience in planning and implementing technical systems in the field of building automation (KG 480)
• Experience in understanding new smart building technologies, including integrated lighting, IKT and data communication in buildings
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines strictly
• Software knowledge: experience working with TRIC - MSR planning software, BIM Revit, and ORCA or similar calculation systems
• In-depth knowledge of building automation and the ORCA LP 6 performance schedule (LV)
• Excellent written and spoken German skills and good English skills are an advantage
