Your tasks with us:

• Team development: You lead a great team consisting of software developers, project managers, apprentices, and students. In doing so, you recognize the strengths and needs of your employees and promote their individual further development.

• Processes and projects: You support your team in self-organizing tasks and stand by with advice and expertise when it comes to optimal processes and workflows.

• Customer projects: You have fun being part of steering committees as well as an escalation instance, ensuring the success of our projects.

• Decisions: As a team leader, you understand the interests of our customers, employees, and our company equally and weigh your decisions accordingly in this tension field.

• Organizational development: You are not only responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of your team but also ensure the continuous further development of our organization together with other team leaders.

• The most important thing is that you have already successfully led people. You know how to motivate and inspire a team.

• Our customer relationships are long-term and we cultivate close ties. Therefore, it would be ideal if you had already worked in a responsible or shaping position with customer contact.

• You bring a ton of passion and engagement. You're eager to move our company and employees forward and have fun with new challenges.

• You can communicate confidently at all levels, work very well with people, and believe that there's always something to learn or improve.

• In everyday life, we address each other informally and speak German. Ideally, you wouldn't shy away from speaking and writing English when needed.
