The ARC Group is a successful medium-sized company operating in the rental sector since 2010. Our subsidiaries – particularly RECALO GmbH as the largest company in the group, as well as ARC Real Estates 1 – 7 and bee-i GmbH – share our passion for product rental and contribute significantly to our sustainable company growth.

With RECALO as our growth engine, we focus on sustainable reusable solutions, data-driven control, and modern IT to reduce packaging waste, conserve resources, and improve the CO₂ footprint along the supply chain. For this, we are looking for colleagues who share this vision with us and are eager to take on responsibility and develop further.

We practice flat hierarchies and intensive exchange with our management. Mutual feedback is important to us: for example, there are several fixed feedback discussions during the onboarding phase, and later at least once a year. We internally maintain a 'du' culture and value collaboration at eye level, an open approach to mistakes, and a collegial, family-like atmosphere.
