Areas of Responsibility

• You take on a central role in the team, accompany and support juniors and new colleagues professionally and proactively pass on your knowledge.
• You take responsibility for the safe and high-quality execution according to plans, regulations, and materials used.
• You represent the interests of the construction client on site and coordinate the cooperation of all parties involved. From construction planning to acceptance.
• Safety is your second name: Break times, occupational safety, and operational safety are always ensured under your supervision.
• You actively contribute to the build-up of structures and teams and develop processes further, with the goal of improving projects and cooperation sustainably.
• You make short work of defects and accompany the project documentation until commissioning.

What you bring

• A completed degree in electrical engineering, information technology, communication technology, or comparable qualifications.
• Qualification as a (Fach-) Construction Supervisor Railway according to DB standards.
• Flexibility, self-responsibility, and a little travel willingness

& because mobility is part of it: You possess a valid Class B driving license.
