Our client is a leading manufacturer in the field of industrial metal processing in the Vöcklabruck district. Decades of experience in the series production of precision parts, with a commitment to sustainable production, make it a popular employer in the region.
The site combines many years of industrial experience with modern manufacturing processes and high technical competence. For the electrical maintenance department, we are looking for a dedicated leader who enjoys taking responsibility, developing their team, and actively driving technical improvements.
- Leadership and further development of a small electrical engineering team
- Ensuring reliable operation of electrical systems
- Coordination of maintenance, repair, and upkeep measures
- Analysis of technical faults and implementation of sustainable solutions
- Accompanying conversions, modernizations, and technical projects
- Coordination with production, technical departments, and external partners
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in industrial maintenance
- Leadership experience or interest in a leadership role
- Good technical understanding of electrical systems and controls
- Knowledge of automation, measurement, or control technology is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good German and English skills
- Responsible leadership role with technical design freedom
