Team Leader Debitors and Creditors Management (m/w/d)

Our client, a leading international industrial company, is looking for an experienced leadership figure to strengthen the finance department. In this key role, you will be responsible for overall management of debitors and creditors as well as treasury activities. Responsibility for professional and disciplinary leadership of the team in the debitors', creditors', and treasury departments Responsibility for ongoing accounting and payment/factoring management Close collaboration with various stakeholders such as accountants, financial analysts, and other finance professionals to ensure smooth operation of the department. Development and implementation of strategies for optimizing cash flow, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Identification and mitigation of potential risks and opportunities in the area of debitors' and creditors' management. Coordination of internal and external audits, as well as preparation of relevant reports and documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary to lead and motivate a team of finance professionals. University degree in business administration, economics or a related field is required. Several years of experience in a similar role or as a financial controller are expected. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is essential. Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
