Team Lead Accounting | Growth Phase

In a nutshell:

As a Team Lead Accounting, you are exactly right for us if you want to lead and further develop our five-member team of Account Managers. In close collaboration with our Head of Max, you will further develop your leadership skills and actively work on cross-team projects as well as the optimization of processes. Start immediately, or within the next 3 months, full-time.

Tasks

Your role at Matera:

• You ensure that your team adheres to processes, can prioritize clearly, and motivates your team every day anew.
• You lead your own, small customer pipeline (ongoing accounting of properties) and set a good example.
• You live the Matera culture, proactively develop solutions for challenges, and actively shape the further development of the team and the entire accounting area.
• You support your team in ensuring high-quality customer communication and provide advice to optimally shape the exchange.

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

• You have initial leadership experience, e.g. as a manager, team lead, trainee responsible or in a similar role.
• You already have initial experience in real estate accounting, or other points of contact with the topic of property management.
• You have experience in project management or have successfully participated in cross-departmental projects.
• You speak German at C2 level and can communicate confidently in English
