Team Lead Accounting | Start Up

In a nutshell:

As Team Lead Accounting, you're exactly right at Matera if you want to lead and develop our five-person team of Account Managers. In close cooperation with our Head of Max, you'll further develop your leadership skills and work actively on cross-team projects as well as process optimization. Start immediately or within the next 3 months in full-time.

Tasks

Your role at Matera:

• You ensure that your team adheres to processes, can clearly prioritize, and motivates your team every day anew.
• You lead your own small customer pipeline (ongoing accounting for objects) and set a good example.
• You live the Matera culture, develop proactive solutions for challenges, and shape actively the development of the team and the entire accounting department.
• You support your team in ensuring high-quality customer communication and stand advisory to facilitate optimal exchange.

Requirements

What you bring:

• You bring initial leadership experience, e.g., as Manager, Team Lead, Trainee Responsible, or in a similar role.
• You have already gained experience in real estate accounting or other touchpoints with the topic of property management.
• You have experience in project management or have successfully contributed to cross-departmental projects.
• You speak German at C2 level and can communicate confidently in English.
