Team Leader BILLA Fachtrainer:innen
Job description
- You will take over the professional and disciplinary leadership as well as the further development of a team of approximately 10 trainers in the BILLA training centers in Vienna.
- The continuous further development and optimization of vocational training courses in the areas of Cash Register, Counter, Fruit & Vegetables, Meat, Market Kitchen, and Confectionery is an important concern for you, so that these always correspond to current requirements, standards, and processes.
- You will be in close exchange with sales and markets and contribute to the visibility and further development of the department.
- Together with the departmental units, you will agree on training contents to ensure a uniform implementation.
- You will analyze relevant key figures independently, derive targeted training measures from them, and implement these after coordination. Furthermore, you will actively participate in various projects – also across departments.
