Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Backend-Teams
Weiterentwicklung von Teamstrukturen, Prozessen und Coding-Standards
Technische Verantwortung für Backend-Architekturen und deren Qualität, Performance und Wartbarkeit
Aktive Mitarbeit an komplexen Backend-Lösungen
Realistische Aufwandsschätzungen und Bewertung technischer Anforderungen in Projekten
Verantwortung für die Auslastungsplanung deines Teams
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Frontend, UX, Projektmanagement und Kund*innen
Coaching, Mentoring und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
Mitgestaltung technologischer Strategien und Toolchains der Agentur

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Senior Backend Developer*in, idealerweise in einer Digitalagentur
Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Entwicklerteams
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in JAVA/Spring MVC (alternativ PHP / symfony), Containerarchitekturen (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD, Git, Pipelines sowie Datenbankstrukturen, Caches, Services und allem anderen, was dazugehört
Ein hohes Maß an Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Die Fähigkeit, klare Entscheidungen zu treffen und diese transparent zu kommunizieren
Verständnis für agenturtypische Abläufe, Projektlogiken und Kund*innenanforderungen
Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
Lust darauf, Menschen weiterzuentwickeln und ein Team langfristig zu stärken
Ausgeprägte Problemlösekompetenz: Du erkennst technische und organisatorische Herausforderungen frühzeitig und entwickelst nachhaltige, vorausschauende Lösungen
Fundierte Erfahrung im ganzheitlichen Einschätzen von Projektanforderungen – sowohl in Bezug auf Zeit, Komplexität als auch technische Risiken
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Ein echtes Gespür für technologische Entwicklungen und Freude daran, neue Trends neugierig zu verfolgen und sinnvoll einzuordnen
