Team Leadership Preparation (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Leadership and coordination of preparation processes to ensure a smooth production flow.
• Creation and monitoring of production plans taking into account capacities and delivery dates.
• Optimization of workflows through process analysis and implementation of improvement measures.
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure effective communication and solution finding for production problems.
• Team leadership and development through training and regular performance evaluations to increase quality and efficiency.

Qualification

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Multiple years of work experience in preparation, preferably in the steel or metal industry.
• Experience in team leadership and project coordination.
• In-depth knowledge of production planning software and ERP systems.
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
