We are looking for a personality who securely steers commercial processes and at the same time enjoys working together with different departments.

You will be responsible for a central area of accounting and shape, together with your team, the proper processing of complex settlement and condition processes.

Aufgaben

• Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines engagierten Teams
• Steuerung und Qualitätssicherung anspruchsvoller Abrechnungsprozesse
• Prüfung von Vertrags- und Konditionsvereinbarungen
• Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Finanzbuchhaltung, Vertrieb sowie externen Geschäftspartnern
• Klärung von Differenzen und offenen Fragestellungen
• Erstellung aussagekräftiger Auswertungen und Reports
• Analyse und Optimierung bestehender kaufmännischer Prozesse
• Mitgestaltung einer effizienten und transparenten Arbeitsorganisation

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
• Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, Accounting oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Konditions-, Bonus- oder Lieferantenabrechnung
• Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
• Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
• Erste Führungserfahrung oder fachliche Koordination sind willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung
