Team Lead/Project Lead MedTech

You will lead a team and manage demanding customer projects from the offer phase to series release!

Our client in the canton of St. Gallen develops, produces, and distributes technically demanding plastic parts and assemblies of the highest precision for medical technology, diagnostics, and laboratories.

Your tasks

• Leadership: You will lead four project managers both technically and disciplinarily and promote their further development.

• Project Responsibility: You will take on the leadership of exciting customer projects. From the initial offer phase to successful series release.

• Coordination: You will calculate and coordinate changes, repairs, and revisions, always maintaining an overview.

• Communication: As the central point of contact for customers and internal specialist departments, you will ensure a smooth flow of information throughout the entire project phase.

Your profile

• Technical Expertise: You have a technical basic training and have furthered your education to become a technician or engineer.

• Expertise: You have well-founded knowledge in injection molding as well as in project management.

• Language Proficiency: You have very good German and English skills.

• Personality: You work in a practice-oriented manner and value direct exchange with internal and external customers.
