We are a mid-sized Austrian steel trading company with around 140 employees, embedded in a globally operating group. Due to strong growth in Austria, we are looking for reliable staff members for the following position. Teamleiter:in Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) thyssenkrupp Materials Austria GmbH, Vienna Professional and disciplinary leadership of a sales team (approx. 4 people) Revenue and margin responsibility for defined customer segments Active control and coordination of sales activities in accordance with company goals and objectives Continuous improvement of processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness Regular reporting and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goal-oriented decision-making Strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of around 4 people, with a focus on sales support and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales or a related field, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills.
