To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Team Leader Technology and Assembly – Southern Region (m/f/d) immediately in full-time at the Stuttgart location with the prospect of taking over branch management in the future.
Your tasks
- Leadership of customer service technicians and responsibility for assembly processes at the two locations in the Southern Region, Freiburg and Stuttgart
- Personnel and capacity planning of internal and external assembly resources, including acquisition and onboarding, as well as ongoing communication
- Conducting regular staff meetings, performance reviews, annual reviews, etc.
- Quality assurance of our existing and new systems
- Development of new processes for increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction, and participation in the setup of corresponding reporting and controlling, especially at the technician and assembly quality level
- Responsibility for the inventory of devices, device requirements, and operational work equipment
- Material procurement based on economic aspects
- Coordination and controlling of service partners
- Preparation and execution of inventory counts
- Responsibility for the warehouse and goods movements in the SAP MM ERP system
- Organization and support of training and further education for all technicians (own and service partners)
- Participation in training concepts that are implemented uniformly throughout Germany
What you bring
- You have completed technical training, are skilled in handicrafts, and have good PC skills, especially MS Office with Excel and ideally SAP
- You have a strong technical understanding and are skilled in handicrafts
- Ideally, you have experience in the housing industry/building services/metering technology
- You are the motivating leader who drives optimizations with a practical approach and conviction, implements efficiency increases and changes, and achieves company goals
- You convince through your strong ability to impart knowledge (didactic approach). Experience in conducting training is an advantage
- With your open nature, you find it easy to approach people; you enjoy communicating directly and look forward to collaborating with other teams
- With your hands-on mentality, you find quick, pragmatic solutions
- As a flexible, change-ready personality, you contribute innovative ideas and creative solution approaches
- With your organizational skills and structured way of working, you always maintain an overview
- You possess a valid driver's license class B (car)
