Head of Housekeeping / Housekeeping Manager 80-100%

Employment Type: Full-time

• Planning and coordination of housekeeping with the areas of cleaning and textile services
• Responsibility for personnel and organizational leadership within housekeeping (team of 5 employees)
• Joint responsibility for area-specific purchasing, inventory management, and the housekeeping budget
• Monthly billing for additional services and conducting statistics Implementation of group-wide concepts and guidelines as well as standards and process specifications
• Planning, execution, and documentation of the quality management system
• Ensuring smooth cooperation with internal and external partners
• Employee recruitment, employee scheduling, and conducting employee training
• Responsible for the professional cleaning of all assigned rooms and facilities
• Responsible for textile services, including operational and work clothing, as well as guest laundry
• Compliance with hygiene regulations and personal hygiene standards according to company instructions
• Active participation in housekeeping

• Completed apprenticeship as a certified housekeeping professional (Fachfrau/Fachmann Hauswirtschaft EFZ)
• Professional and management experience in a comparable role
• Values-oriented leadership style, resilience, and independent working method
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work weekends
