Team Leader Distribution

Team Leader Distribution (m/f/d) Logistics is responsible for the entire operational procurement of goods and distribution to our stores. In the Dotzigen logistics center, goods are prepared daily for 300 LANDI stores. The warehouse comprises 55,000 pallet spaces for approximately 13,000 products, state-of-the-art warehouse automation, and various warehouse structures. Distribution plans incoming orders from all warehouse locations, defines shift targets for goods preparation and determines the optimal transport routes for deliveries. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader Distribution for our logistics center in Dotzigen. Your tasks: You will lead, develop, and motivate a team of around 10 employees in the distribution department. You will be responsible for the efficient and punctual execution of goods preparation and delivery. You will plan and manage daily operational processes and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. You will actively participate in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. You will ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and legal regulations. Your profile: You have several years of professional experience in a leading position in logistics or a comparable field. You have a strong understanding of warehouse and distribution processes. You are characterized by a results-oriented and proactive way of working. You have leadership qualities and enjoy motivating and developing people. You are a team player and have a high level of commitment and flexibility. You have a good command of German (written and spoken).
