Your tasks

• Leadership of the application team with a focus on SAP (no operational hands-on activity)
• Responsibility for the orientation of the application landscape in the DACH region
• Evaluation of new applications together with the business departments
• Consulting on technologies, platforms, and provider offerings
• Interface to application owners and external outsourcing partners
• Taking over sub-project management and coordination of technical system adjustments
• Coordination and collaboration within the DACH application team as well as with the business
• Taking over on-call duties if necessary

Your profile

• Several years of SAP ERP experience, ideally in multiple modules
• Several years of experience in defining and building an application landscape
• Several years of leadership experience, including across locations
• Degree in STEM or vocational training (HF) with corresponding professional experience and further education
• German at C1 level and good English skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%
• Interest in new technologies and their application in everyday business
• Very good communication and teamwork skills

Framework

Work location Eastern Switzerland, 4 days a week on-site

Residency in the region preferred, relocation or cross-border commuting are possible
