Job description
Your main tasks:
- Accompanying and monitoring production processes and supporting the plant managers in troubleshooting (coordination with the technical department)
- Employee promotion, development, and qualification together with the Head of Production
- Planning and conducting training sessions to continuously improve production targets in terms of quality, safety, and efficiency
- Personnel resource planning (incl. shift and vacation planning) as well as plant planning in cooperation with AVOR
- Implementation of Lean methods (5S, Gemba, waste elimination, etc.)
- Identifying optimization potentials and initiating corresponding KVP (Continuous Improvement Process) measures
- Preparing Shop Floor meetings
- Promoting interdepartmental collaboration and communication at interfaces (AVOR / Technical / Logistics / QA)
Our profile of requirements:
- Completed vocational training in the food sector or polymechanic or similar practical, technical/mechanical basic training
- Work experience in the food sector and/or technical field is an advantage
- Experience in Lean Management as well as good German language skills, both written and spoken
- People management with several years of practical proof
- Socially competent team player with good communication skills, reliability, and perseverance
- Doer qualities with high initiative and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work shifts and on Saturdays
