Job description
Main Responsibilities
- Technical and personnel leadership of a team of approximately 7 employees
- Responsibility for the areas of laser welding, membrane embossing, and solder laser welding
- Ensuring flawless quality and adherence to deadlines
- Technical support for employees, as well as onboarding and training
- Minor maintenance work and repairs of the equipment
- Participation in development and CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) projects
- Participation in production
Profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical training
- Leadership experience in a production environment
- Enjoyment of technology, physics, and mechanics
- Good manual dexterity, fine motor skills
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Good IT user skills (MS Office), know-how of ERP systems an advantage
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working with quick comprehension
- High reliability and strong quality awareness
- Team-oriented, responsible, and balanced personality
