Team Lead Platform / Network / Security

We are looking for reinforcements for our IT Services division, therefore we are seeking a personality with strong leadership skills.
You will move things forward
You will ensure the operational performance of your team, and develop and support your employees
You will embody and actively contribute to a transparent, appreciative, and performance-oriented culture
You will lead the implementation of customer projects, coordinate employee deployment, and resource planning
You will drive product innovations and product management in the areas of Azure Platform Services, Azure Virtual Desktop Services, and IT Security Services
As an Account and Service Manager, you will look after selected key accounts
You will participate in the management of the IT Infrastructure division and actively develop the area
Your Skills
You have sound experience in Azure Platform Services, Azure Virtual Desktop, and/or IT Security
You already have proven leadership experience and a HF/FH degree
You enjoy taking responsibility as an Account and Service Manager and think entrepreneurially
You are accustomed to working with demanding clients and convince with a professional demeanor
With your strong problem-solving skills and empathetic nature, you win people over and inspire them
