Team Leader Pharmaceutical Clinic Supply Bernau - above tariff

Our client is one of the most established healthcare providers in Germany, based in Berlin and Brandenburg. For the outpatient and clinic supply division, we are looking for an experienced pharmacist (m/f/d) in Bernau on behalf of our client to take over a team leadership role.

In this position, you will lead a team of four employees in the pharmaceutical sector, both technically and disciplinarily. For this position, we introduce candidates directly to the decision-maker in the specialist department.

Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of four employees
• Responsibility for smooth process flow in the area of outpatient and hospital supply
• Establishment and further development of processes (e.g., interface management, workflow, quality assurance)
• Close exchange with the existing branch manager, whereby you are particularly responsible for the team in technical and disciplinary terms
• Participation and further development in the area of clinic supply with the option to specialize more strongly here

Qualifications

• You are a licensed pharmacist (m/f/d)
• You have leadership experience (technical and ideally also disciplinary) or feel capable of leading a four-person team
• You have a good understanding of the work in clinic supply and outpatient services
• You take responsibility in a structured, communicative, and team-oriented manner
• You are willing to further develop specifically in the area of clinic supply
• Very good German language skills
