To strengthen our management teams in one of our houses in Vienna, we are looking for a

Team Leader Nursing (Full-time)

• Leadership of employees in the nursing team (area: assisted living or ward)
• Ensuring needs-based staff deployment planning, personnel recruitment, and development
• Steering and further developing the area in line with the HzL vision & strategy as part of the management team
• Quality assurance and improvement in the nursing sector
• Responsibility for the implementation of nursing-related and company-internal guidelines
• Ensuring information flow
• Communication with residents and relatives, doctors, and other external parties

• University degree in Health and Nursing or Diploma in General Health and Nursing and corresponding professional authorization
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience (preferably in long-term care or case management)
• Leadership experience (preferably in long-term care) or experience in a deputy leadership position or demonstrable additional training for managers (e.g., Basic and Mid-Level Nursing Management or comparable leadership training with at least 164 teaching units)
• Organizational and decision-making skills as well as solution-oriented action
• Interdisciplinary networked thinking and willingness to innovate
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Appreciative attitude in dealing with residents, relatives, and employees

The monthly salary (including fixed allowances) according to SWÖ-KV (VWG 7, Level 3) is at least € 4,473.77 gross for full-time employment. Relevant previous employment will be fully credited as an improvement to the SWÖ-KV.
