She offers both older people a safe home and adults with mental disabilities, protection and security. Thanks to the well-trained staff, she ensures residents and residents receive high-quality care as well as individual support. To complement the team, she is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader in Care / Care Professional who can lead and manage a team of caregivers and provide guidance and support to ensure the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading and managing teams, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. In addition, they should be able to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision. The Team Leader in Care / Care Professional will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of caregivers, ensuring that all residents receive the necessary care and support. They will also be responsible for identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during their shift. The ideal candidate should have a degree in nursing, social work, or a related field, as well as experience working with older adults and individuals with mental disabilities. Certification in gerontology or a related field is an asset. The Team Leader in Care / Care Professional will be expected to work 80-100% of the time.
