Team Leader/Manager Human Resources (m/w/d)

Our client is a leading institution in the healthcare sector in the Munich area. The house offers highly specialized medical care and consistently drives digital transformation forward – also in the personnel department. At the earliest possible time, we are looking for a Team Leader/Manager Human Resources (m/w/d) for the Munich location.

Tasks

• In this role, you will lead an operational HR team and work hands-on in daily business with.
• You will establish a seamless operational personnel management with focus on contract management, personnel measures, and tariff-related questions.
• You will take over, stabilize, and develop existing personnel economic processes further and work on harmonizing HR structures with
• You will support and advise leadership staff in personal- and labor law matters.
• Together with the team, you will implement statutory, tariff, and organizational innovations.

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree program, e.g., in Law, Administration, or Economics, Human Resources Management, or comparable.
• Multiple years of professional experience in operational personnel management, ideally in the hospital or public sector.
• First leadership or guidance experience and strong willingness to work operationally.
• Good knowledge of labor- and tariff law, preferably in the TV-L environment.
• Experience in change- and integration processes is an advantage.
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style.
• High communication skills, assertiveness, and team orientation.
