A team of 8 employees works at the headquarters in Bern-Liebefeld in pension fund administration. As part of the further development of the collective foundations, we are looking for a
Team Leader Pension Fund (80-100%)
Your Responsibilities: In this role, together with your team, you will ensure flawless customer service and technical administration, and you will be the point of contact for external accounting. Your main tasks are:
Professional and personnel leadership of the team with 6 employees
Ensuring and further developing business processes in technical administration
Point of contact for the team; support with complex cases
Participation in the annual closing, projects, and special tasks
Coordination and alignment tasks with external accounting
Claims processing with the reinsurer
Independent management of your own insured portfolio
Your Profile: We can also envision a junior candidate (without leadership experience) with the following qualifications for this position:
Several years of sound professional experience in pension fund administration, preferably also in project or special tasks
Further training as a Specialist in Employee Benefits with Federal Diploma (or in training for it)
Fluent German and good French language skills
High quality awareness as well as service and solution orientation
