Team Leader (m/w/d) Real Estate Management

We are looking for a team leader (m/w/d) real estate management who is passionate about leading teams and has experience in property management. The ideal candidate should have a degree in real estate management or a related field and at least 5 years of professional experience. In addition, the following skills and qualifications are required: • Strong leadership and communication skills • Experience with property management software (e.g., SAP) • Knowledge of German building law and regulations • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Fluency in German and English • Certification as a real estate manager (optional but desirable). As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of property managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate portfolio.
