Team Leader (m/w/d) for Production Office

The JDA cosmetic group is an internationally operating manufacturer of high-end active ingredient cosmetics. Part of the group is the JEAN D’ARCEL Cosmétique GmbH & Co. KG and the contract manufacturer CARECOS Kosmetik GmbH.

CARECOS Kosmetik GmbH, which has been expanding strongly for more than 25 years, is responsible for the development and production of JDA products and for many well-known high-quality cosmetics brands in Germany and internationally.

We are currently looking for a Team Leader (m/w/d) for the Production Office.

Tasks

• Responsibility for personnel deployment planning, task allocation and execution:

1. Persnel deployment planning including vacation planning for operating the filling machines.
2. according to K-GMP
3. Ensuring cleanliness and order at the workplace

• Employee leadership

1. Fostering and controlling employee performance
2. Employee evaluation and development, leading employee discussions
3. Proactive personnel needs planning

• Monitoring production processes and optimizing processes in the sense of Lean Management
• Participation in projects to increase efficiency and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
• Responsibility for adhering to the weekly plan
• Implementation, review and monitoring of quality principles and safety measures:

1. Review and monitoring of quality rules
2. Coordination and monitoring of QM measures
3. Review of compliance with safety guidelines, hygiene regulations, K-GMP (ISO 22716) and IFS HPC requirements
4. Implementation and enforcement of safety measures

• Participation in continuous optimization and improvement of business processes

Qualification

• Professional experience in an industrial production company and technical understanding are advantageous
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of production and leading employees
• Readiness to work in a two-shift system, possibly also daytime shifts possible
• High awareness of safety, quality and hygiene
• A structured, self-reliant working style, flexibility, self-motivation and thoroughness are characteristic of you
• You work reliably and result-oriented as a good team player
• Good knowledge of German (spoken and written)
• Good IT skills (Word/Excel) and ERP experience are advantageous
