Planning and Organization: Efficient management and coordination of work processes in the paint shop. Quality Control: Monitoring and ensuring high-quality standards for all painting work. Customer Orientation: Supporting customer service in advising and caring for demanding customer projects. Process Optimization: Introduction and implementation of innovative painting techniques and continuous improvement of work flows. Responsibility: Ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and company guidelines. Profile Professional Competence with Leadership Claim Completed training as a vehicle refinisher EFZ. Further education in leadership or technology, e.g., carrosserie master or similar qualification. Several years of experience in the field of vehicle painting, ideally in a leadership position. Strong understanding of modern painting technologies and materials. High social competence, communication strength, and decision-making enthusiasm. Structured and solution-oriented work style. Driver's license category B from an advantage.
