Team Leader for Photovoltaic Systems (m/f/d)

Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a battery in every house, and an electric car in every garage. Your Tasks

• Project Support: Operational and planning support in the completion of photovoltaic systems and heat pumps

• Leadership Tasks: Coordination of various teams to ensure smooth and efficient installation of our products

• Technical Support: Close exchange with the teams to coordinate workflows and the first point of contact for technical challenges on site

• Cooperation: Close collaboration and regular exchange with other departments, especially quality management and logistics, to achieve common goals

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician (energy and building technology desirable)

• 5+ years of professional experience in the electrical engineering field

• Ideally, experience in project management or as a construction manager

• Excellent communication skills in German and English

• Team spirit as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

• Valid Class B driver's license

• Good computer skills and confident use of common MS Office applications
