Qualifications

• Leadership Qualities: Experience in leading teams, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to motivate and promote team members.
• Project Management: Knowledge of planning, organization, and implementation of projects, including deadline and resource management.
• Techical Understanding: Experience in electromobility, vehicle technology or related technical fields are advantageous.
• Communication and Social Competence: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully with different stakeholders.
• A relevant education or degree in engineering, vehicle technology or a similar field is assumed. Adaptability, analytical thinking and solution-oriented thinking are desirable competencies.

Tasks

In the position as Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team to effectively implement projects in the area of converting vehicles. Your daily tasks will include organizing workflows, supporting and motivating the team, and ensuring quality and timeliness. You will report directly to management and play a central role in achieving company goals. This full-time position is located on-site in Erfurt.
